my english class

Hi class, today I'm going to tell you about mi experience in the English class.

well, I think that this classroom is very necessary to all of us, is a tool very  practice and the benefit are very good for me.
I remember  that I began in the last year with the level 2, I thought " this classroom will be bored, I don’t go to the classroom", but when I began to go to the classroom, my impression for the class was really different. before I think that the classroom  and the teacher, was be strict, and the classmate was be serious. but my teacher and the classmate were very great, and since that moment, I like so much the English class. the activities, the listen, etc. are very funny and this method of learning is very funny and effective.

 Today I be in the level 4.I think that I need to practice the oral part, that part is a little difficult to me. in the class we have exercises where we speak with the classmate.

  I think that the experience has taught me to be more confident when I speak english. Before, i used to get nervous or I was ashamed. Even thoughi can speak fluently, I think that practicing with my classmates helps to be more confident and to not be afraid of making a mistake.


outside the English class, I use the English, for example,  when I talk on the street and  I go listening music in English, led zeppelin, for example.

My future job...

Hi everyone, today a going to  tell you about my future job.
as I wrote in a previous post, I am studying plastic art, and I hope to work in this area.
actually my specialty is painting, that is my specialty. I chose this specialty because, when i was in my first year of career I loved drawing and painting and I thought that specialty was perfect for me. I remember when I was on the school, always I painted for the art class with colored pencil ant temperas, but never with oils colors ( I don't know why) and when I had to chose my specialty, I said me:
That opportunity is perfect to me!
 I'm very happy with this option, obviously, there are times of "crisis", but is normally and this will not hate your specialty. the essential for this specialty and for all, is the love for your job and work.

Now, I hope work in this area ( and so it will). I don't like work in other option, because I'm studying this career because  I want to dedicate this.
But if is necessary, I will like to work in any job for buy my materials works ( for example oils, canvas, brushes, pencils, papers, etc). in this case, I will like to work in a job that doesn't take too much time (so I could work on my stuff).

 If I were asked in a job interview about my  strengths and weaknesses? mmm that is a good question. I  would say that I'm a responsible  person, dependable, always ready to help, to give my best, and my weaknesses? I think that sometimes I'm a little stubborned.

How green are you?

Are you  the people that threw garbage on the street? well, if you are that kind of person, it is interesting for you...

today I'm going to tell you about the  environmentally friendly practices.
So many people don't know environmentally practices, but in really, is so much easy help to environment. for example, in my case , I  hate throwing garbage on the street. I think that action is signal that you had never learnt good manners. my parents ever said me that I have to be more conscious, and do not throw garbage, also respect the environment, namely, beware with plants and animals, treat them carefully. Is very simple save the wrapper of candy, for example, but are little group of persons that are conscious and they make this action.
other option to help to enviroment, is the transport that you use to mobilize to any place. In my case, for example, I have driver license, but I don't use the car to travel to any place, I prefer to walk or use the public transport, beside I like to walk with my friend when we go to shopping or travel, is more entertain and is good to see  and know new places.

but while the society don't learn habit of clean, it will be very difficult to save the environment, the people are very irresponsible and don't have conscience that the environment have live, and with little action how to threw chewing gum
they are contribute to destroy the environmet.


but never is late, so, you have the option to save the plants, animal  and all enviroment..

music..

hi everybody! today I gonna tell you about music. is the music some important to you?... is the music an important part of your life?...

well, this is a usually question respect to the music, normally your friends or people that you meet make this question.
the music for me is a medium of relaxation and distraction. I'll be honest with you, I'm not fanatic of music, I don't that kind of people that die for the music, or this type of people that be listen music every day, but anyway I like listen music in some moment, for example, when I work in my drawings or paintings.
Normaly I listen some of classic music. I'm not specialized  of this type of music, but when I make my jobs, and when I have my notebook near, I look up in youtube some classic music. I fell relaxed when I listen this music. Is perfect to motivating!! jajaja
other option of music that  I like listen is a little of rock. I'm not a fanatic of rock, but some group are very interesting for me, for example guns and roses.
Now, here I have a favorite group, they are Led Zeppelin, I have a lot of his songs in my mp3, and I like listen when I walk from my house to the university, or when I work in the workshop and in my house.
I like this group because his letters are very interesting, the voice of vocalist and the way of sing, is very passionate and this is fabulous.

I choose study art...

always I loved painted and drawing in my house, in the school, etc... for this reason, always I knew that this career was for me...

Hi everybody, today I tell you why I chose study art.
I remember that while I studied my last year of high school, along of this year, I don't know that career is for me. I loved painting and drawing ( in my house, after school, always I drawing any thing or painting with tempera) but I  don't know that career study.
but the salvation for my was a university fair, in my school, just one or two  month before leaving school. My first option of career was graphic design, but really I don't like this option. this option was for me the only option because in his annual program this career included drawing in some year.
well, in this university fair, in one stand of some university ( I don't remember  that university ) miraculously I saw one paper with this career...
it was my salvation!!!!!.
Since that moment, I knew that this career was the only one for me. I imagined painting and drawing all days and I loved this idea.
Now I tell you, really really, I loved this career, I'm very happy here, I love the workshops, the teachers, his teaching methods, this career is all I need.

To be honest, my future I don't know now, the people said that this artistic environment is very close and difficult, but when I graduate, I will continue painting and drawing because this is my life and I loved... while you make anything with love, you have success!!

My best holidays...

 if you be tired for many reason, for example job, school, university, etc. the best option is take a little holidays...

Hi everybody, today I tell you about my favourite holidays. first, this holiday was rather short, the last year, in the month of November, I travelled with my family ( my mom, my dad and my two sisters) to Serena city. I remember that in this month had a long weekend, and my parents toke this weekend to visit my aunt.

my parent decided visit my aunt, because she leaved santiago many years ago, and we missed so much.
one thing that I loved in this mini holidays, was the travel.
we took the bus in the San Borja terminal, the special for me was  the travel was at night (I never travelled in bus at night) and I loved this experience, I can't slept in all travel!! the landscape is beautiful  bathed in moonlight.

 when we arrived in Serena, we travelled with my aunt and my cousins ( they are one brother and tree sisters) for many places, for example we travelled around avenida del mar, this place is very beautiful and the you can see the sea all moment!!
we visited Valle del Elqui, an amazing place, the nature in this place is so beautiful, the rivers are perfect to swim.

For misfortune, this vacations was for 4 or 5 days, but the important was see my parents, enjoy with them and forget Santiago for a moment...

ah! and enjoy the night travel !!! jajajajaja

My dream country...

 Everybody have a place they like to visit, and I'm not the exception...

Hi every body, today I'm going to tell you about a country that I like to visit, this country is Germany.
but... why this country?
since that  I'm a little boy, I liked so much see magazines relatives to the universal history and important world events. I remember that when in my home installed cable television, always , and today too, I saw the history channel, principally because I liked the history of the  Roman empire, I like the architecture, the ruins, etc.
But when I grew, and until today,  I began to interested in others matter about the history,  for example the second great war.
I think  that this country is very important in this aspect, because the actions happened in this country, the abuses against the humanity, the deaths of thousands of people in this place, etc, were give expression and today we can see even.

 For example in this picture, you can see the ruins of the kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Chuch, in Berlin, destroyed by allied bombing and preserved as a memorial.

For this reason, principally,  I like to travel to Germany, for be witness the traces of the one of the most important events in the world.

First Term

hello everybody, today I tell about my first term. Well, the past semester is some different respect the others. In the university, for example, we had class in January and February, and I don't have vacations ( February was a month with homeworks) and we finished the second year of career in March and we started the three year immediately. In the beginning, this situation wasn't uncomfortable, but later so moths, this situation was very "stressful".

 On the last semester, I began to look for a job, because the university expense  are very high. I have two sisters, and one of them, the oldest, is studying too. My youngest sister is at school, and I need to help my parents to pay for my  materials, specially for my painting class, for example oils, stretcher, brushes, etc.

 In my family, all are normally, we live a tranquil life and we are very happy!!!

Art

Do you like see painting, drawing, sculpture, etc? Well, if you are this kind of person, this post can be interesting...
I consider that the art is important to the society because it has made posible the different expressions, emotions or sensations according the diferent time of history. The art is an important media!..
I loved painting and drowing, I consider that is an important way of expresing my emotions, particularly the painting.It is a little difficult sometimes, because speak through the paiting`s color and brushing is dificult sometimes!.

I remember I was a children, in the jarden, my teacher sayme: when you be an old man, you will be a great artist... I hope she is not wrong jajajaja

In this moment is difficult to me say my best artistic abilities, because I consider that you always get better and better and you learn new thing, but I like dedicated at painting.
For the moment, I have never participed in any art competition, because I am not yet fully trained and mature enough to participate in art competition, but it is never too late

I like the modern art, but this doesn`t mean that I dont like other schools and older ones, I think all the trends in all  seasons have something to teach. Fox example now, the graffiti is consider for many people how a form of vandalism, I think that some are not, because some graffiti require great preparation and effort to make, but the scratchings and marks in bathrooms, for example,  they don`t make any sense to me.


i like many artist, for example those that represent the human body in diferent forms, for exaple lucian freud, jenny saville, francis bacon, max beckmann, etc.

An expert in the paintings...

If you never seen the portrait of lucian freud, probably you never seen a human figure in a really carnal way.
Today I'm going to talk about a painter who is considered as one of the most important figurative artist of contemporany art. His name is Lucian Freud.

Lucian Freud was a British painter and Sigmud Freud's grandson. Lucian was born in berlin, in 1922, and he arrived to England in 1931. He died in July 2011.
this artist is important because he performed a new way of representing the human figure. He specialized himself in portraits and nudes of great crudity, broking the canon of the tradicional paitings. his works are characterised for representig the skin of human figure with great realism. and crudity, he´s brushtroke in naiked bodies are always thik and marked. he liked the flesh pouring down the body. He was a expert in human figure.

I like this artist because I consider extremely difficult representing the human figure, capture the colors of the skin is something difficult but really interesting and exciting to me, and when I see the paiting of freud
 makes me want to tray and try until I could paint a body With the realism as Freud did it.

dog lover?

Do you have pet food in your bag every time you go about the street?
well, if you are kind of persons, you are definitely a dog lover.

Personally, I consider myself a dog lover, so, I like every animal, for example cats, dogs, horses, tigers, among others. For example, now I have two  dogs and one cat, their names are Lucas, Bongo, and Mimi, respectively.
My dogs are very friendly, but my cat, Mimi, is more serious and doesn't like to recived affection.
if I had to choose a favorite animal,it would is very difficult to me, because I like every animal, independence to the race. the important to me, is the love that they give to you. the animals is a very important friend to everybody!..

what do you think about the use of animal for medical research? in my opinion, I think that the use to animals for the medicine is not a good option, because, independence that they were raised to medical intentions, they fells pain while they were used for the researcher.

now, if you like the animals, you have present that they need a special cares;
visits at the doctor, vaccinates, etc.

 If successful, you have no problems with their animals, and is the danger being bitten is very low. For example, I never been bitten by a dog....I'm lucky!! ajajjaa

my little tuluz

 you are fanatic of photography? well , photography is not my passion, but it is very useful for recording important events, for example.
this photo was taken by my sister in my house, i don't remember the exact year, but it was around 2010.
in this picture  you can see my cat, whose name is tuluz, he is a little and friendly pet. My sister took  this photo while my cat was having a nap, so, as you can see, he is very fond of sleeping.
This photograph is very important to me, because he disappeared last year and this photograph is a good memorie to me, for this reason I have this picture in my bedroom, in front of my bed, and each time I get up I can see my little cat as if it were yesterday...

whats is your favorite movie? that is a difficult question, because there are many movies...

so I will help you with some tips.

in my case, I prefer movies with historial themes, based in real facts, because they are more exciting ,I like
epics movies, war movies, and fantastic movies, as those based on novels. It's like you were travelling on time!.

So if, Im not  good to rent movies, because with the internet is more easy see all movies. The cinema is a good opcion for me, but is more expensive, and for this reason I don't usually go.

now, of course i have a favorite movie, that is the lord of the rings, the trilogy. this movie tell us the life of a grups of mens, and how  they have destroy a evil ring for to save the human race.
this movie to include blood, action, epic war, intrigue, emotion; many reasons for to consider mi favorite movie. i have seen more than five times!

my favorite device

Hi friends, today i will tell about my favorite device, this is a wii console.
the wii is a game console which traps the movement for the players through the controls.

This console was given to me  for my uncles on the last christmas, on 2011. but... how to work this device?
Is very simple!. the wii console have one control, but you can buy three more up to complete four control, because with more people,  is more fun.
well, the wii console have a sensor, it is located in front on the players and the controls is detected for this sensor, reading the movement  of the players . is very simple and funny. is perfect to the family or when you received your friends!.

But for my misfortune, I cant play any day, because my works for university to take me up much time. the weekends are perfects to play this game. its a perfect excuse for to have sport in your house any weekends!.

Lots of laughs, happy moments with your friends or family,and the easy to use, make this game is my favorite device.

The music

music. the music for my is a means or distraction and relaxation in the moments I cant be on calm or when I , because when I listen of music to like me, i fell happy and the problems of the day disappear.
as for a kind o music, I like a little of rock and classical music, because this type of music (in special classical) relax me and motive in the moment to star to drawing in my works or to paint my works. some of my favorite group of this music, is for example, led zeppelin (rock), because his lyrics is very interesting and i like should imagined  the lyrics songs.
primarily ,I listen the music on Internet, and I don't use the radio to listen the music, because the radio is a means of listen more slow, and  you have to wait to  listen your music. usually I don´t buy pirated cds because the internet is a good option to listen music.
I remember the first song that I learned when I be a chidren, are the song of the cartoon, series or programs as cachureos, for example, are the first I remember when I was a chidren.
so it and for the moment, the unic instrument that I remember I can play is the flute,I remember that I was able to play this instrument  in the primary school with great facility.
I think that the music is important for the society and the culture because it identifies with certain pleasure and profile, making up our personality according our tastes.

my autobiography

Hello, my name is felipe correa hickes, i am twenty years old. I was born in santiago, chile, on october 23 on 1991.at the moment, i living in maipu. I made my elementary and high school in two colleges, the first was sister clara college, and the second was santa maria de maipu college. Now, i studying plastic art in university of chile,i be in my third year of my career, and my speciality is painting.
 i have 2 sister and i am the second son in the family and the relation with my sisters is very good. and i live with my parents.
As for my hobbies, i like watching series and movies in internet relacionated with epic war or mithology war, an i like programs of universal history, in special the history relacionated with the second great war; i like drowing an painting; eat noodle with gravy, my favorite food and i like the model-making in miniature, for example cars, boats, planes, etc.
